Wei’er Higgs and hubby Josh produce an artisan range of fermented sauerkrauts while homeschooling their five children.

Seven years ago, the idea came into our minds, ‘Hey, we should big batch ferment our own vegetables’. We reckoned that if no one bought our product, we could always eat it ourselves. We’d just have lots of sauerkraut, and we could always share it with our friends.
