A lavish array of indoor plants is all the rage, and good for you too. These plants help filter the air, taking in CO2 and releasing oxygen. They raise the humidity, which is good for our skin, and are believed to contribute to positive ionization of indoor spaces. Regardless of the science, plants can make us feel connected with nature, especially when indoors in the city.
