Autumn is a fantastic time of the year to be out in the garden. The consistently warm and sunny 23ºC days and regular rainfall here in Tasmania are ensuring abundant growth in all the gardens, but most noticeably in the vegie patch. We enjoy the simple satisfaction of picking enough peas, yellow squash, young carrots, turnips, potatoes and silverbeet to make an evening meal most days, and this will continue through for a few months yet.
