Warm yourself up and boost health with this delicious spiced drink.
The word chai is used in many languages and it translates into English as tea. However in Australia when we think of having a chai we think an Indian tea drink that is infused with spices, milk and a sweetener. This drink is called masala chai as masala in Hindi means spice, or a mix of spices. If you are familiar with Indian cooking you may know the spice garam masala, garam translates to hot so garam masala is hot spices.
