This SA couple found a property with plenty of water, which has meant they could start an aquaculture enterprise with some side benefits.
Just 25 years ago, I was a backpacker from Holland, helping out in a shearing shed on Kangaroo Island and I loved it. After a couple of weeks of work, the shearing contractor wanted to pay me for my work. I told him not to worry about it as I enjoyed the Aussie experience. He said; ‘If you work for nothing, I’ll marry you!’
